make a trip up to Ft. Collins.  Not only is it home to New Belgium Brewing and a host of other fine breweries, it is also home to Choice City Butcher & Deli.  Choice City is a great place to pick up a sandwich and/or a burger, and sample from their ever-changing list of beers.  When I was there last, they had Pliny the Elder and DFH 120 minute on tap!  Go and see for yourself…..those 2 beers are only 2 of many reasons why they have a top 10 spot on ratebeer.com’s best beer restaurants in the world.
